Our management benefits greatly from our design/renovation capability. Our property owners receive immediate estimates for maintenance and repairs from our in-house crew, often well below other providers. Additionally, we offer investment advice and strategy to our clients. We bring properties to their attention along with an investment report. Our reports highlight potential income from flipping or renting, and the associated costs to help them gauge value.
