Since its founding in 2019, Aisam has evolved significantly.

Founded by Ady Sambandam as a real estate holding company, Aisam quickly expanded as Ady's real estate expertise increased. As one of the youngest Real Estate Agents in New Mexico, Ady's prowess in the field led him to branch from sales to real estate investment, acquisition, and remodeling.

Aisam has represented buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions. They've expertly handled competitive market scenarios both in-house and in addition to properties in their portfolio.

As of 2022, Aisam has completed five fix-and-flips, each selling within 72 hours of listing, creating multiple offer scenarios. Aisam's success in flipping homes led to the creation of their Investment and Renovation subsidiaries. Their work in their investment properties led multiple prospective clients to want to recreate the exquisite designs and craftsmanship in their own homes. Additionally, Aisam consistently became the go-to resource for advisement and analysis of real estate investment from past clients, friends, and family.

Aisam has completed nine renovation projects, ranging from single bathroom remodels to entire home remodeling. In addition to helping multiple buyers buy their first investment properties.
